The Guardian a UK newspaper has long been a believer of science and climate crisis. An article back in July shares an excerpt of a book by Alice Bell, Our Biggest Experiment: An Epic History of the Climate Crisis that does an excellent job looking into the history of climate change and how the science has been used, misused and ignored over the past 60 years.
The daily barrage of images of burning forests, erupting volcanoes and flash floods decimating neighborhoods can leave even the most positive of us in despair, but in some ways I found this article an uplifting reminder that science has not given up, the data is undeniable, and the tools to combat climate change are getting better every day.
